The Outpost, Pafuri Gate

My stay at The Outpost in northern Kruger NP was simply spectacular! We got upgraded to Pel's Post, where the luxury and the views over the Luvuvhu River were beyond anything I could have imagined. The staff was attentive and the game drives with our guide Samuel were super informative, especially about birds. While the wildlife sightings were less frequent, the beauty and serenity of the surrounds made up for it. Overall, an incredible experience, albeit a bit remote for some tastes.

The service from our game guide was exceptional, but the state of our initial room left much to be desired. Although the dining options were generally good, the cleanliness of the accommodations and the value for the price paid were not satisfactory.
